Dennis Haber

A graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, Dennis Haber also received a Masters of Business Administration from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Aviation marketing & business development. Currently President of his firm, Dennis practices principally in the areas of Aviation Law, Creditor Rights, as well as Real Estate Law, Commercial, Corporate, Construction, and Real Estate, litigation as well as International trade law.

A member of the Commercial Law League and Aviation Lawyers, Mr. Haber has published several articles covering such issues as corporate veil piercing, creditor rights against both solvent and insolvent corporations and corporate litigation. Additionally, Mr. Haber has had articles published in Aero-News.net and was the feature legal correspondent for "Florida Builder and Developer" Magazine. In 1988, he was recognized through the Miami Board of Realtors for his knowledge and expertise in the fields of Construction and Real Estate Development Marketing Law and has written many articles for The Miami Board of Realtors.

Mr. Haber is one of the founding members of the Cirrus Owners & Pilots Assn, (COPA) the largest General Aviation group outside of AOPA. He has flown such diverse aircraft as the Piper Cub to twin engine military jets and currently fly’s his own Cirrus SR22. Dennis served during the Viet-Nam era as a Naval Aviator.
