William H. Walker (Bill) is a native Miamian and a commercial banker for 38 years. Bill is presently Senior Vice President of Apollo Bank.
Fascinated by flight, Bill earned his pilot license in 1977 and started flying at the New Tamiami Airport in west Kendall. His association with aviation has presented him opportunities and has forged new friendships that he never imagined with that first flight at Tamiami.
After being invited to join the Board of Directors of the Wings over Miami Museum, Bill has served as its Treasurer and Vice President. Later, he was elected President and is in his third year of service as President.
Bill enjoys playing piano and golf.
